Familiar's Death: Fur, Feather and Scale
Americans love their pets but many Pagans have a deeper connection with certain animals that we often call “familiars”. The death of any fur/feather/scale friend is difficult, but losing a familiar is doubly difficult. This ritual is an opportunity to say goodbye to that special animal and reaffirm the connection between you. Although this ritual is focused on animals who crossed over in the last year, any animal (familiar or not) can be honored. Optionally, bring a photo or object you associate with your animal. Doors close at start time.

Working with our Ancestors of the spirit to Ward our Freedom
From ancient Greece to Viking Age Denmark, people honored the heroes whose lives blessed their lands. The monuments on the Capitol Mall are a place where people from every background remember and invoke them. But Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson, the Roosevelts and Martin Luther King Jr. are only a few of the leaders, of every ethnicity and gender, who have fought for the rights of the citizens of our land. We have the magic! In a time when our country is polarized by factions and hate, let’s use it to work with our ancestors of the spirit for protection and healing.

Pagan Power for World Peace, featuring the World Peace Violin
A sacred ritual in partnership with the Patrick McCollum Foundation for Peace, Shaman Smith, and the Wisdom Council of the Starlit Well, featuring Scarlet Rivera on the World Peace Violin. In today's war-torn world, we are all too familiar with the feelings of Fear and Righteous Anger that boil up within us around acts of Terror and Injustice, and the overwhelming sense of helplessness that often accompany them. In this ritual we shall harness the profound power in the Anger and Fear, and channel it into the action of Healing, transforming Fear into Love, and ourselves into true Peacemakers
