Teachings from Sacred Stones

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

What can we learn from petroglyphs, cupules, vulva stones, rock gongs, labyrinths, spirals and other stone patterns? This visual presentations ranges around the world looking at rock art, megalithic chambers and statues and standing stones, and what they might tell us about cosmology and ceremony and ancestor veneration. What connections can be drawn between really archaic rock art and the megalithic traditions and much later temples and shrines, even churches? And what about healing stones and magical gems? Travel through vivid imagery from the Suppressed Histories Archives collection.
