Self-Defense for Women

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Assault on women is unfortunately all too common in our culture. Attackers tend to target women they know, and an attack can happen anywhere, including at a festival or convention. Self-Defense for Women is intended for self-identified women who do not see themselves as martial artists or fighters, but would also not like to become victims if they are targeted. This is a hands-on, no-nonsense, highly practical workshop; come prepared to move and engage our instructors who will teach specific techniques for ending an assault. Workshop will be closed ten minutes after the program starts.
